Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GotAIx unified agentic cloud platform at apps.gotaix.com, including WP OS, App Studio, and the Copilot Layer (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
Accounts are created through Manus OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at le***@****ix.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
One account per person or organization is permitted unless explicitly authorized by GotAIx. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate duplicate or fraudulent accounts.
2. Description of Services
The Platform provides the following modules:
- WP OS — AI-powered WordPress site provisioning, plugin management, content scaffolding, and multi-tenant hosting orchestration.
- App Studio — Natural language to application generation, vibe coding, scaffold deployment, and integration with WP OS.
- Copilot Layer — AI copilot deployment, tool calling, workflow orchestration, voice engine configuration, and embedding into WP sites and apps.
- Backlink Network — A partner ecosystem for cross-promotion, territory-based interest registration, and outreach management.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or module at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Credits, Billing, and Subscriptions
Credit System. Platform operations (WP site provisioning, app generation, copilot deployment) consume credits from your account balance. Credits are purchased through AI Studio Pay (pay.aicopilotx.com) and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Subscription Plans. Platform subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) and Backlink Network tiers are also processed through AI Studio Pay. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Pricing. All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 14 days’ notice. Continued use of the Platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Refunds. Credits and subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for documented service failures attributable to GotAIx.
Low Balance. If your credit balance falls below the threshold required for a requested operation, the operation will be declined. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient credits for your intended usage.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Generate, distribute, or host content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
- Conduct phishing, spam, or fraudulent activities
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms or models
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or credit requirements through technical means
- Use the Platform to train competing AI models without written authorization
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
We reserve the right to investigate violations and, where appropriate, suspend or terminate accounts, report conduct to law enforcement, and seek legal remedies.
5. AI-Generated Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content. You retain ownership of the prompts, business information, and content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant GotAIx a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
AI Outputs. Content generated by the Platform (WP site configurations, app scaffolds, copilot system prompts, etc.) is provided to you for your use. GotAIx does not claim ownership of AI outputs generated from your prompts. However, you are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy, legality, and appropriateness before deployment.
Platform IP. The Platform, including its design, code, templates, and underlying technology, is owned by GotAIx and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our proprietary technology beyond what is necessary to use the Platform.
AI Accuracy Disclaimer. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. GotAIx does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for validating and deploying such content.
6. Backlink Network
Participation in the Backlink Network is subject to approval by GotAIx. By submitting an interest form, you consent to receiving follow-up emails from our team regarding partnership opportunities. You may opt out of these communications at any time by contacting le***@****ix.com.
Territory exclusivity, if offered, is subject to the terms of a separate partnership agreement. Backlink Network tier fees are non-refundable once a territory has been reserved and activated.
7. Uptime and Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, and events outside our control (including third-party provider outages) may cause temporary unavailability.
Credits will not be deducted for operations that fail due to documented Platform errors. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GotAIx and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to GotAIx in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
GotAIx does not warrant that the Platform will meet your specific requirements or that AI-generated outputs will be error-free, legally compliant, or suitable for any particular use case.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon account closure, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Unused credits are non-refundable upon voluntary account closure.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk to the Platform or other users. In cases of termination for cause, no refund of credits or subscription fees will be issued.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against GotAIx.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date and provide notice through the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account.
